Would you like your deposit returning in full! Here’s our tips!

1. Clean, clean, clean and clean again!!!!!!!  The property must be returned in the same clean condition as you found it.

2. Close any accounts you may have created that relate to the property and let people know your new address.

3. Check the inventory for missing/damaged items and tell us about them – don’t try and hide them!!!!!!

4. Remove all belongings – especially dirt!!!

5. Check smoke alarm batteries and bulbs and let us know if any need replacing.

6. Clean the oven, hob and extractor  – use Oven Pride – it’s about £2.99 from any supermarket and it does the job brilliantly.

7. Clean the fridge/freezer – turn it off and remember to leave the doors open (otherwise it will go mouldy)

8. Take all shopping trolleys, road signs etc. back to where they belong!!!

9. Leave your keys! We don’t want to have to charge you for a new set so leave them where instructed, not in your pocket!

10. Leave us the address where you would like your deposit posting to.  Write it on the front of an envelope, place your keys inside it where you have been instructed.

And don’t forget to let us know when the last person has left then we’ll be able to check your property and get your deposits back to you.
