Edge Who?

Rich, the main man! Usually found in the office, if you call or email, it’ll be Rich you speak to. We like to keep things simple so he’ll be your main point of contact throughout your time with Edge. Rich is a qualified solicitor who graduated from Leeds Uni, he knows how students work and he’s here to support you, any questions or problems just give him a ring.

Jack’s your man on the ground. Keeping a keen eye on the next project, turning it around and delivering amazing student homes. Even renovating our existing properties to keep everything looking good for you. While Jack works behind the scenes, you’ll probably see him around checking everything’s up to standard. As a graduate of Leeds Met and a trained surveyor, he knows only two things: students and buildings.

The man, the myth, the legend; Mark. He’s somewhat of an icon among the students of Huddersfield, much talked about, but rarely seen…unless you live in an Edge property, then you’ll see him as much as you need him! Maintenance man Mark is always on hand to help you with any mishaps. Just give him a ring and he’ll be round before you’ve even had time to stress about it. He’s a fully qualified joiner, so he knows what he’s doing. Please don’t try and sort it yourself, leave it to the professionals – we’ve got this!
